Survey Method & Criteria
365mc calculates liposuction satisfaction by surveying all patients two months after surgery, collecting scores on surgical outcomes and service experience. The survey has been conducted since 2011, and since 2013, results based on direct patient evaluations have been transparently published monthly on our website.
Because this is a comprehensive survey involving all eligible patients, 365mc uses the data to quantify and objectify satisfaction scores, and analyze satisfaction by treatment area, surgeon, and center, continuously managing long-term accumulated indicators. Serving as a direct channel to hear patients' voices, we introduce various systems and services to ultimately enhance liposuction satisfaction.
