Partnership is the driving force behind 365mc's global growth.
The '365mc Partnership Year-End Event' was held to share key achievements and future roadmaps for the year.
365mc announced that it held the “365mc Partnership Year-End Event” on the 17th at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas Hotel, where it reviewed key milestones from the year and shared its future global expansion roadmap.
At the event, 365mc emphasized “strengthening partnerships” as a key driving force behind its rise as a global medical group. The company’s renewed growth momentum was driven by a combination of a shift toward customer-centric values, performance-sharing partnerships, and the expansion of overseas partnerships.
The event featured a “Global Best Supporter Contest,” recognizing outstanding weight-loss success stories from each 365mc branch nationwide, followed by a celebratory performance highlighting “Global Better Me,” a body-contouring program designed for international patients, and an awards ceremony.
In his opening remarks, Kim Ha-jin, Chairperson of the 365mc Medical Director's Association
, said, “The time 365mc spent with its executives and employees this year was also very meaningful,” and expressed his gratitude, saying, “Next year, we expect to see a transformation just as great as this year, but it is entirely possible if we work together with our executives and employees.”
Wong Budi Setiawan, CEO of 365mc Indonesia, graced the occasion. He is also the CEO of WH SMITH Indonesia, a subsidiary of Mayapada Group. In his congratulatory remarks, he said, "The Indonesian branch is also doing its best to achieve 365mc's goal of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction. I sincerely congratulate 365mc on its innovative achievements this year, including the opening of a US branch and the nationwide expansion of its adipose stem cell center."
In particular, on this day, 365mc CEO Kim Nam-cheol emphasized the importance of partnerships by introducing the case of 365mc, which went through a period of resurgence, in his presentation on ‘Performance Report and Future Strategy.’
He said, “365mc introduced ‘ultra-customer satisfaction’ responsible management that places customers first in all decision-making as a solution for a leap forward in 2019 after a meeting with all executives and employees.” He added, “This change led to the restoration of customer trust and became the foundation for a rebound in growth, recording a customer satisfaction rate of 99.9%.”
He drew attention by personally introducing examples of global partnerships strengthened this year. 365mc has established operations in four countries—the USA(LA), Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand—and is expanding collaborative synergies through communication with local executives and employees. In particular, the company offers customized body contouring services tailored to each country's body type and needs, based on its LAMS (Local Anesthetic Minimal Surgery), 365mc’s proprietary minimally invasive liposuction technique.
365mc CEO Kim Nam-cheol, in his presentation on “Performance Report and Future Strategy,” introduced the case of 365mc, which has undergone a period of resurgence, and reiterated the importance of partnerships.
In addition, CEO Kim Nam-cheol introduced 365mc's future strategy, suggesting adipose stem cell-based regenerative medicine and global market expansion as the central axes of growth.
365mc is expanding its regenerative medicine partnership with its subsidiary Monitcell. Following the opening of its first 365mc Adipose Stem Cell Center last year, the company is building a nationwide network with the opening of its second and third centers at the Global 365mc Daejeon Hospital and Busan 365mc Hospital this year. The company plans to expand its adipose stem cell–based wellness services to major hospitals and clinics nationwide while enhancing expertise and safety standards.
Regarding global expansion, the company plans to strengthen its global network by stabilizing the 365mc LA LAMS Center in the US, which opened in September, and the Vietnam branch, which opened in November, while expanding additional branches, including the 4th branch in Indonesia and the Phuket branch in Thailand.
We also plan to strengthen our collaboration with our affiliated clinic, Pangpang Clinic, which specializes in thread lifting. This collaboration will be expanded through integrated anti-aging care programs that combine adipose stem cell–based wellness services with thread lifting procedures.
CEO Kim Nam-cheol said, “We were able to overcome the crisis and achieve global growth through a leap forward thanks to the dedicated cooperation of our executives and employees who have created change together with us and our partners.” He added, “We will continue to strengthen our competitiveness as a global medical group based on our partnerships.”
