At the heart of PangPang Cream lies fat-derived stem cell culture fluid, an advanced bio-material at the forefront of regenerative medicine and a subject of global attention.
Fat-derived stem cells are known for their anti-aging and regenerative power, containing abundant growth factors, cytokines, enzymes, and extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins. These active components help revitalize aging or damaged cells, enhance the skin’s self-healing ability, and improve elasticity and fine lines naturally.
22 Years of Research Behind It
Over the past 22 years, 365mc has accumulated vast data and clinical experience in obesity treatment and body-shaping.
We have studied the process of fat accumulation and breakdown, skin and tissue recovery, and even the interaction between skin and fat cells.
Based on this research, last year we opened the first 365mc Fat-Derived Stem Cell Center, developing our own protocol to safely apply stem cell–derived ingredients to skincare.

It is offered exclusively to clients who have undergone Liposuction or LAMS (Local Anesthetic Minimal-Incision Liposuction) at 365mc, as part of our elasticity-boosting aftercare system.
The cream will be integrated into “Orange Care,” 365mc’s signature premium post-treatment program — which includes hyperbaric oxygen therapy, medium-frequency therapy, laser, and EnderPlus.
Through this program, clients can maintain not only the treated area but also the overall health, elasticity, and hydration of their skin.

PangPang Cream was manufactured, tested, and quality-controlled by Kolmar Korea, a global leader in cosmetic R&D and production.
It features Kolmar’s patented “Barrier Acti-Beam™” technology, designed to deliver active ingredients deep into the skin for enhanced absorption.
This technology supports moisture retention, elasticity management, and collagen & elastin synthesis, promoting overall skin health and resilience.
In addition, the formula incorporates patented magnolia bark extract, known to inhibit fat accumulation and help reduce the appearance of cellulite.
The high concentration of polyphenols in the cream also contributes to blocking fat formation and fat cell differentiation.
